This policy explains what information Lakban (“the app,” “we”) collects, how it’s used, and your choices. It covers the mobile app published on Google Play with package id com.xpdev.lakban.

1. Summary (plain English)

Lakban is a shipping label maker. It doesn’t need a user account. The shop details you type and your customers’ names, phone numbers, and addresses stay on your device and appear only on the labels you make.
We collect nothing. Your labels and sender profile are stored on your device, and Lakban never uploads them — we don’t have servers.
There are no ads, and we use no analytics or crash-reporting service.
Lakban reads your clipboard only when you tap Paste order, and receives text from another app only when you share it to Lakban.
If you buy Lakban Pro, the purchase is processed by Google Play. Google’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that processing.
The photo picker is used only when you choose a shop logo.

2. Information we collect

None. We don’t collect, receive, or share any information from your use of the app. This section describes what the app keeps on your device and what happens when you use its features.

2.1 Stored on your device

The labels you save: recipient name, phone, and address, courier, service, COD amount, contents, note, fragile mark, order number, and date.
Your sender profile: shop name, phone, city or address, currency, and logo.
Your choices: default label format, language, and whether Lakban Pro is unlocked.

All of the above is stored in the app’s private storage on your device and is never sent to us — we don’t have servers.

If backup is turned on in your Android settings, Android may include this data in your own Google account backup, so it can come back when you reinstall Lakban or move to a new phone. That backup is managed by Android and your Google account, and we can’t see it.

2.2 Clipboard and shared text

When you tap Paste order, Lakban reads the text on your clipboard once to fill in a label. When you share a message to Lakban, Android hands Lakban that text. Either way, the text only fills in the label on your screen, and it is kept only if you save the label.

2.3 Photo picker

When you choose a shop logo, Lakban opens Android’s photo picker. The app receives only the picture you choose and keeps a copy in its private storage for your labels. It does not read the rest of your photo library. Lakban does not use your camera.

2.4 Printing and sharing

When you print, Lakban hands the label to Android’s print system. The printer or print service you choose processes it under its own policy.

When you share a label as a PDF or an image, the file is written to the app’s temporary storage and Android’s share sheet opens. You choose where it goes, and the app you pick handles it under its own privacy policy. Lakban doesn’t send anything anywhere itself.

2.5 In-app purchases (Google Play Billing)

If you buy Lakban Pro, the purchase is processed by Google Play. We receive no payment details. The app only asks Google Play whether your account has bought Pro, and keeps a yes/no flag on your device so Pro keeps working offline. The purchase screen and the connection to Google Play come from Google’s Play Billing Library, so Google’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that processing: Google Play Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

3. How we use the data

Show your labels and sender profile in the app.
Draw your labels and build the PDFs and images you print or share.
Remember your language, your default label format, and whether Pro is unlocked.

Nothing is used for analytics, advertising, or profiling.

4. Data we never receive

Name, email, phone number, address.
Contacts, SMS, call logs, location.
Your photo library — only the picture you choose as your logo is used.
Your labels, your customers’ names, phone numbers and addresses, or your shop details.
Your clipboard. Paste order reads it on your phone only.
Payment card or account details.
Analytics events, crash reports, or advertising IDs.

5. Your choices

Edit or delete — change or delete any label, and change your sender profile, at any time in the app.
Uninstall — removes all labels, your logo, and settings the app stores on your phone. Files you already shared or printed are separate copies; delete them where you put them. If you use Android backup, your Google account may keep a backup copy until Android removes it or you delete it in your backup settings.
Language — switch between English and Indonesian, or follow your device, in Settings.
Lakban Pro — a one-time purchase. On a new phone, use Settings → Restore purchase. You can also see your purchases in Google Play.

6. Children

Lakban is a utility app for sellers and is not directed at children. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

7. Data retention

We don’t hold any data about you, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Data the app stores stays on your device (and in your Android backup, if you use it) until you delete it in the app, clear the app’s storage, or uninstall Lakban.

8. Third parties and international transfers

Lakban’s own code sends no data to any server. Purchases are processed by Google Play on Google’s global infrastructure, including servers in the United States, under Google’s own terms and privacy policy. If you print a label, the printer or print service you choose handles it under its own policy. If you share a label, the app you choose handles the file under its own policy.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this page when we add features or change providers. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced in the app’s Play Store release notes.
